It’s so easy to find ourselves getting caught up when someone or something from our past shows up. Particularly when it is something that carries an emotional charge. The trick is to know that our vibrational/emotional state is what has allowed it to come back to us. All we need to do is acknowledge it, bless it, and release it. Just remembering how the past made us feel will help us to remember that we can choose to do something new when it doesn’t feel good.
